After a long break the "official" Kitten's Castle blog is back. Yay & stuff!!!
After a long break the "official" Kitten's Castle blog is back. Yay & stuff!!!
We've started a major sim overhaul here at Kitten's. The entire place has been torn down. Gone is the massive and difficult to navigate castle. The original Castle Mirage is back. You won't find any shops or vendors in the castle either. In what used to be the Mirage Mall you'll find the Tainted Lust night club.
Tainted Lust is not your usual Second Life night club. Dancers here "work" for fun only. No one is paid unless they get tipped by generous visitors. There are no employees..any visitor can dance here. Our tip jars and dance poles are open to all.
Alongside Castle Mirage you'll find the new Doll House. Step inside this Victorian mansion and be the doll you've always dreamed of being. Behind the Doll House you;ll find the Kittification Tent where our famous Kitty-maker transformation machines are located.
Your visit to Kitten's Castle won't be complete til you've been kittified...
The stables are undergoing a bit of a remodel to so please excuse our dust. More on those in the next post...
And now...onto the main grounds. As you can see we've managed to change just about everything. There is still a mall. We do need some sort of revenue to help keep Kitten's open. Tips are terrific and we appreciate each both large or small. But tips alone won't keep the nearly $300 US per month we need rolling in. So we rent shops. Many popular vendors are conveniently located right at the main landing point for the sim.
"Shibari Central" was the first area completed during the remodel project. It has always been one of the more popular themed areas here at Kitten's Castle. We've spent a lot of time on it and we think its nearly purrfect :)
I'll let you come explore to see what lies inside! As you can see in the background of the next photo the stables are still being renovated.
We're slowly getting things back together. Kitty designed and built a beautiful fountain for the landing as you see here.
And as always..the "catgoyles" stand guard...ever vigilante...
